Dr. Sexsmith is a member of the core faculty of The Sanville Institute and maintains a private practice in the Los Angeles area. Her practice has embraced hospitals, both general and psychiatric, outpatient mental health clinics (both east and west coast states), as well as private practice. She was Clinical Administrator of Culver City Guidance Clinic (an Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic), which became the Family and Child Division of the Didi Hirsch CMHC, where she was Director. Dr. Sexsmith was also Clinical Director of Airport Marina Counseling Service, known as AMCS- an Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic. She is a Past-President of the Los Angeles Group Psychotherapy Society and continues supervising and training at various facilities.
